Bryan will provide insights as to how to develop a plan to enhance inclusive education in a school community. Pridentity is a project designed to specifically address the integration of SOGI into curriculum by creating themes involving the colours and concepts of the pride flag. The project has since expanded to include connections to Indigenous Education and to Mental Health. Pridentity can be implemented as a year long plan, with a culminating celebration of Pridentity, where students are invited to participate in a spirit day, coming dressed in any manner that is reflective of the pride they have in themselves.
